Biography
Oyindamola is an Associate in the Corporate and Commercial Practice unit at KENNA with a budding interest in corporate commercial law, tax policy, and dispute resolution. His grounding in fiscal and regulatory frameworks is matched by hands-on experience spanning in-house commercial legal practice, high-level tax policy reform, and international commercial arbitration.
Known for his diligence and appetite for legal work, Oyindamola brings a strategic and research-driven approach to every matter he handles, combining technical rigour with a consistent commitment to building institutions and developing others.
Representative Experience
- Serving as a Research Analyst on the Taiwo-Oyedele-led Presidential Committee on Tax and Fiscal Policy Reforms, contributing to the drafting of Nigeria's 2024 National Tax Policy and its constitutional tax framework.
- Participating in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, and completing the Harvard CopyrightX programme as an alumnus.
- Winning multiple national Tax Competitions, reflecting technical depth in tax practice and a competitive drive in applied fiscal analysis.
- Serving as General Secretary and subsequently Director of Research of the Tax Club at the University of Lagos, contributing to the Club's institutional development.
- Independently convening a peer law tutorial programme that reached over 400 students across faculties.
