Eunice Alasa is the Deputy Managing Partner at KENNA. She advises clients across the firm’s Dispute Resolution and Corporate/Commercial practice areas. • Advising a Telecommunications Company on compliance with key financial regulations, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and minimising potential liabilities.

• Advising on the establishment of a leading Payment Service Bank in Nigeria, drafting and reviewing legal and governance documentation essential for its formation and operation.
