Cynthia Ugwuanyi is the Corporate Communications & ESG Officer at KENNA, Lagos, where she drives the firm's visibility, brand positioning, sustainability support, and strategic communication initiatives across all platforms.

In her corporate communications role, Cynthia manages the firm's digital presence across social media, oversees website content production, and leads the development of thought-leadership narratives, articles, and firm publications. She coordinates content and ensures consistency in the firm's corporate voice across external and internal communications. She also supports firm-wide corporate and sustainability events/campaigns, working closely with counsel, practice units, and Admin teams to produce clear, accurate, and strategically aligned communication materials.

As ESG Officer, Cynthia supports the Head of Sustainability to lead the firm's Environmental, Social, and Governance initiatives, driving sustainability strategy, managing community engagement programmes, tracking ESG performance, and producing ESG reports.
